This year features a new networking location in the Grand Salon Foyer, which will serve as a mini trade show space and member meeting area. Companies that invest in hosting a table at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort can increase their visibility and generate new business prospects.

We are introducing a new set up and location this year:
New Setup – Vendor tables will be setup in the Grand Salon Foyer, and HCPA will provide food and beverage to each table. This will help keep space tight, which will increase traffic to the vendor tables.
More Time to Connect – We increased the number of sessions, but shortened their length. This will give vendors more time to make meaningful connections with attendees.
Vendors can work with HCPA to order food and beverage to their tables (rather than vendors working with the hotel). Our goal is to make the reservation process easier. However, we do encourage vendors to creatively attract attendees to their tables. HCPA is happy to work with you on this.
