Yoga Day 1: Monday, December 9 | 7:15 am to 8:05 am

A low-impact yoga practice that helps regulate breathing using postures and stretches intended to sustain healthy bodily function and emotional calmness.

Boot Camp Day 2: Tuesday, December 10 | 7:00 am to 7:50 am
(40 spots available)
Designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Boot Camp helps participants get fit, get healthy, challenge the mind, challenge the body, and most important make fitness fun.

Location for both classes: Please meet at the Fitness Center ten minutes prior to class. The Fitness Center is located next to the check in desk.The instructor will take you outside, where the class will be held, weather permitting. A back up location will be emailed morning of if the class will be moved indoors.
