Call for Speakers

HCPA is seeking proposals to be featured during a breakout session at HCPA’s Mid-Year Meeting in Washington, D.C., June 22 – 25, 2025.

HCPA is looking for members and non-member industry experts and thought leaders who will share knowledge in the household and commercial products industry, including one of the seven HCPA’s product divisions and topics to include:

  • Aerosol Products Division
  • Air Care Products Division
  • Antimicrobial Products Division
  • Cleaning Products Division
  • Floor Care Products Division
  • Industrial & Automotive Products Division
  • Pest Management Products Division
  • Sustainability & Products Stewardship

Session Submission Requirements:

  • A short abstract describing your presentation with the presentation title
  • 3 – 5 key benefits or takeaways attendees will gain
  • How you intend to create an interactive session
  • Marketing-oriented presentations will not be considered

The audience: Approximately 300 regulators and C-suite executives in the household and commercial products industry.

Additional Information:

  • Speakers must be able to attend in-person.
  • Speakers are not guaranteed solo sessions and confirmed speakers may be paired with speakers from other companies to speak from different angles and perspectives of a similar topic.
  • Sessions will vary in length and audience Q+A is encouraged in all sessions.
  • HCPA does not offer compensation for speaking engagements but can offer a speaker rate to attend the conference if your proposal is selected.
  • Speakers will have the opportunity to participate in brain dates. A brain date is where HCPA will set up time for attendees to set up individual appointments for a block of time (20 – 25 minutes) to ask specific questions on a particular topic.

Those who are interested must submit their completed proposal by Wednesday, March 5. Selected speakers will be notified via email by mid-March 2025. You must complete the entire form for your proposal to be submitted.
