Call for Speakers

HCPA is seeking proposals to be featured during a breakout session at HCPA’s 2026 Mid-Year Meeting at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. on May 12 – 14.

HCPA is looking for industry experts and thought leaders who can share knowledge about the household and commercial products industry, including:

  • Aerosol Products Division
  • Air Care Products Division
  • Antimicrobial Products Division
  • Cleaning Products Division
  • Floor Care Products Division
  • Industrial & Automotive Products Division
  • Pest Management Products Division
  • Government Relations & Public Policy
  • Sustainability & Product Stewardship
  • International Affairs

Session Submission Requirements:

  • A short abstract describing your presentation (with presentation title)
  • 3 – 5 key benefits or takeaways attendees will gain
  • How do you intend to create an interactive session
  • Marketing-oriented presentations will not be considered

The Audience:
About 300 professionals across the household and commercial products supply chain, including C-suite executives, government relations, regulatory, scientific, R&D, product stewardship, and marketing.

Additional Information:

  • Speakers must be able to attend in-person.
  • Speakers are not guaranteed solo sessions. Confirmed speakers may be paired with speakers from other companies to speak on different perspectives of a similar topic.
  • Sessions will vary in length and audience Q+A are encouraged.
  • HCPA does not offer travel reimbursement but can offer a speaker registration rate to attend the conference if your proposal is selected.
  • Speakers will have the opportunity to participate in brain dates, which are individual appointments (20 – 25 minutes) organized by HCPA for attendees to ask specific questions on a particular topic. Please note that appointments will be offered based on topic and meeting space availability.

If interested, please submit your completed proposal by Friday, January 30. Selected speakers will be notified via email by the end of February. You must complete the entire form for your proposal to be considered.
