Call for Speakers

HCPA is seeking proposals to be featured as presentations during sessions at HCPA’s Annual Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on December 6 – 9, 2026.

HCPA is looking for industry experts and thought leaders (both members and non-members) to share knowledge and expertise on issues impacting the household and commercial products industry.

Topics may relate to one of HCPA’s seven Product Divisions, as well as legislative, regulatory, scientific, sustainability, communications or business issues affecting the industry.

Session Submission Requirements

  • A short abstract describing your presentation with a presentation title
  • 3 – 5 benefits or key takeaways that attendees will gain
  • How you intend to create an interactive session
  • Please note: Marketing-oriented presentations will not be considered

Audience

About 350 attendees representing the entire household and commercial products supply chain, including C-suite executives and members of senior leadership teams.

Additional Information

  • Speakers must be able to attend in-person.
  • Speakers are not guaranteed individual sessions, and confirmed speakers may be paired with speakers from other companies for a panel format designed to provide diverse perspectives on similar topics.
  • Sessions will vary in length and audience Q&A are encouraged in all sessions.
  • HCPA does not offer compensation for speaking engagements but can offer a discounted registration rate if your proposal is selected.
  • Speakers will have the opportunity to participate in brain dates. HCPA will coordinate 25-minute, one-on-one appointments for attendees to ask specific questions on a particular topic.

Interested speakers should submit their completed proposal(s) by Wednesday, July 15. Selected speakers will be notified via email by July 31. You must complete the entire form for your proposal to be considered.
