Any member company that registers three people at the full rate will get the fourth registration at half price. Please reach out to Meredith Mangas for discount information.

Please note: This discount can only be applied to the 2026 Annual Meeting and is non-transferable. This promotion cannot be combined with any other registration promotion that HCPA offers.

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Access to the General Session, Division, and Council meetings and programs, special sessions, and social events
  • Meals on Sunday – Wednesday, as provided
  • Networking opportunities with colleagues and experts from the entire household and commercial products supply chain

Plus-one attendees can select one of the following hotel spa services:

The Marriott Harbor Beach has a 22,000 square-foot spa that mixes Florida’s tropical beauty and rich natural resources with services that are guaranteed to refresh and relax.

HCPA will provide the hotel with a list of plus-one attendees, but individuals should call the spa directly at 954-765-3032 to schedule their service at least one week in advance.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellation requests received by November 20, 2026, will receive a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee). Substitutions for this event are welcome in place of cancellations.

Transfers to the 2027 Annual Meeting or the 2027 Mid-Year Meeting will not be accepted.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 20, 2026.

Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to Meredith Mangas.
