NEW! First-Time Attendees
Members attending their first in-person Mid-Year Meeting are eligible to receive a 25 percent registration discount through January 31. This discount can only be applied to the 2024 Mid-Year Meeting and is non-transferable.

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Access to the General Session, Division and Council meetings, special sessions, and social events/receptions.
  • Complimentary meals on Wednesday – Friday (as provided).

*An additional fee of $60 will be added on during registration if you opt to purchase the tour – Attendance for this tour is limited to 46 people and will take place rain or shine. Cancellation requests received by April 15, 2024, will receive a refund.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellation requests received by April 24, 2024, will receive a refund (minus a $100 processing fee). Substitutions to this event are welcome instead of cancellations. Transfers to the 2024 Annual Meeting or the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting will not be accepted. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 24, 2024. Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to Meredith Mangas.
