The Mid-Year Meeting is on May 7 – 10, 2024 at The Mayflower Hotel, located at 1127 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20036.

Early Bird Registration for Members: $1,300
Early Bird Registration for Nonmembers: $1,600
Please note that Early Bird prices end on Friday, March 1.

Regular Registration for Members: $1,450
Regular Registration for Nonmembers: $1,750

Fees include access to the General Session, special sessions, Division and Council meetings and programs, social events, and meals (as provided). 

Badge pickup will begin on Tuesday, May 7 at 11:00 am ET in the Promenade Foyer on the lobby level of The Mayflower Hotel.

You can register onsite at the Registration Desk starting Tuesday, May 7 at 11:00 am ET. Acceptable forms of payment include check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Make sure to visit the exhibitors during breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks on Wednesday, May 8, Thursday, May 9, and Friday, May 10.

Select presentations and slides will be available via email during or immediately after the meeting. If you have a specific request, please reach out to the appropriate Division Staff Executive (DSE).

Yes, all attendees will receive instructions approximately a week before the meeting with directions to download the mobile meeting app. While we will provide a printed Schedule at a Glance, the app will include the most current schedule, as well as any meeting materials, such as agendas and handouts.

The 2024 Mid-Year Meeting social media toolkit includes pre-drafted LinkedIn and Twitter posts and graphics that you can use leading up to and during the meeting.

The meeting hashtag is #HCPAMidYear2024. We encourage you to post on social media throughout the meeting and tag HCPA on LinkedIn (Household & Commercial Products Association) and Twitter (TheHCPA).

The dress code is business casual. Neckties and similar attire are not required, but feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable. Please be mindful that meeting rooms can get chilly.

Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA) is 4.3 miles away.

Other airport options are Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is 28 miles away, or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), which is 36 miles away.

If you’re traveling from the northeast region, you can also take the Amtrak to Union Station.   

The average high is 76 degrees and the average low is 54 degrees.

Yes, a list of attendees will be available in the mobile meeting app and distributed via email at the conclusion of the event.
