Amy Symonds is a senior counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on pesticide and chemical regulatory matters arising under TSCA, FIFRA, or related state or federal laws. Amy helps her clients, which range from petrochemical and crop protection companies to automobile and computer parts manufacturers, identify and comply with applicable TSCA and FIFRA requirements while meeting business goals. Amy also represents companies that are subject to administrative enforcement actions brought by EPA under TSCA or FIFRA.
