
Andrew Morley
Andrew is responsible for developing and representing the Minnesota Chamber’s positions on environmental policy before the legislature and state agencies.
Although a native Minnesotan, Andrew comes to the Chamber by way of Washington, D.C., where he spent nearly eight years working on Capitol Hill and in the private sector. Andrew most recently lobbied for Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions after spending four and a half years working for Congressman Pete Stauber, handling energy, natural resources, and public lands policy. He also spent time with the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, interned for Congressman Erik Paulsen, and started his career with the Minnesota House Republican Campaign Committee.
