Harman Singh
Harman Singh spent majority of his career working for major cosmetic brands while building his expertise in the regulatory space and developing an overall understanding of the commercialization process of consumer goods. In 2019, Harman joined IFF leading the North America team for Fragrance Product Compliance. Since joining the company, Harman has made significant contributions to the Scent business by strengthening existing relationships between regulatory departments within global key accounts while building relationships with new customers.
In Harman’s current role as the Director, Head of Americas Scent Regulatory Affairs, he is responsible for ensuring compliance during product development and innovation for all product categories within the Scent business. Harman also holds positions representing IFF across various trade associations and is actively engaged in advocacy opportunities defending fragrance mixtures, ingredients, and overall science in an evolving and challenging regulatory landscape.
Harman completed his bachelor’s degree at Rutgers with a double-major in Biology and Psychology and further pursued his passion for science by completing his Masters in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
