Liane Jenkins has been in the EPA Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Regulatory Industry for 20 years specializing in Antimicrobial and Conventional Chemical Pesticide Registrations. She also has experience in California Department of Pesticide Regulations (DPR), Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), and Food & Drug Administration (FDA). She has keen insight in EPA and FDA regulatory compliance and strategy. Ms. Jenkins has a strong background working with consumer, industrial and commercial products, antimicrobial pesticides, agricultural conventional pesticides, and technical grade active ingredients. Her extensive expertise with EPA FIFRA includes preparing new product registration strategies, data gap analysis, registration dossiers, existing registration compliance submissions (i.e., amendments, notifications, fast-track amendments) and data compensation evaluation.

Pest Management Products Division Program

State-level regulatory activity is accelerating on multiple fronts, creating an increasingly complex operating environment for pesticide registrants. This session will explore three emerging challenges requiring strategic attention: (1) the implementation of bilingual labeling requirements, (2) preparation for Minnesota’s PFAS prohibitions affecting pesticide products, and (3) a broader landscape update from HCPA’s state Government Relations & Public Policy team on what lies ahead.
