Luisa Lobo is the Senior Manager of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). In her role, Luisa leads the Consumer Products Committee and plays a key role in managing the intersection of regulatory compliance, member engagement, and legal policy development for RILA. Prior to joining RILA in 2019, Luisa worked overseas at a private real estate company as a Property Management Associate where she worked in a multifaceted operational capacity, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, website management, and accounting. She holds a B.A. in Justice & Law, with a concentration in Criminology, and a Minor in Public Health from American University.
