Stefani Millie Grant
Stefani Millie Grant is Associate Director, External Affairs for Unilever. In her role, she leads the public policy efforts at the federal, state and local levels. She works with elected officials, NGOs and trade associations on policy issues such as trade, taxes, ingredients and packaging.
Ms. Grant worked with brands; procurement; suppliers; and farmers to implement and deliver Unilever’s sustainable and regenerative sourcing goals in the U.S. and Canada from 2012 until 2024.
Ms. Grant currently serves as Treasurer for the Sustainable Food Policy Alliance. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Circular Action Alliance (CAA), the first U.S. producer responsibility organization for packaging from 2023-2024. She was also elected Chair of Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture for two terms (2016-2020) and was Co-Chair of the Midwest Row Crop Collaborative from 2020-2022.
An Iowa native, Ms. Grant holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Public Administration from Buena Vista University.
