The Mid-Year Meeting is on Tuesday, May 12 – Thursday, May 14 at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.

This meeting will take place in-person only.

Early Bird Registration for Members: $1,550

Early Bird Registration for Nonmembers: $1,900

Please note that Early Bird prices end on Friday, March 20.

Regular Registration for Members: $1,700

Regular Registration for Nonmembers: $2,050

Fees include access to the General Session, Division and Council meetings and programs, special sessions, social events, and meals (as provided). 

Badge pickup will start on Monday, May 11 at 2:00 pm ET in the Capital Terrace on the second floor of the Capital Hilton.

You can register onsite at the Registration Desk starting Monday, May 11 at 2:00 pm ET. Acceptable forms of payment include check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Make sure to visit the exhibitors during breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks throughout the conference.

Presentations and slides will be sent via email after the conference. If you have a specific request, please reach out to the appropriate Division Staff Executive (DSE).

Yes, all attendees will receive instructions approximately a week before the meeting with directions to download the mobile event app. While we will provide a printed Schedule Insert at the Registration Desk, the app will include the most current schedule, as well as meeting materials, such as agendas and handouts.

The meeting hashtag is #HCPAMYM2026. We encourage you to post about your experience on social media throughout the conference and tag HCPA on LinkedIn (Household & Commercial Products Association).

The dress code is business casual. Neckties and similar attire are not required, but feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable. Please be mindful that meeting rooms can get chilly.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is 5 miles away.

Other airport options are Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is 25 miles away, or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), which is 35 miles away.

If you’re traveling from the northeast region, you can also take the Amtrak train to Union Station.

Yes, a list of attendees will be available in the mobile event app and distributed via email at the conclusion of the conference.
