Cindy Newberg
Cindy Newberg has over 30 years of experience in the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation (OAR). She currently serves as the Director of the Chemicals, Coatings, and Products Division and was the former Director of the Stratospheric Protection Division. Cindy has extensive experience in environmental protection efforts both domestically and globally, particularly with regards to ozone layer protection and the phasedown of hydrofluorocarbons. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from George Washington University and a master’s degree in applied management from the University of Maryland.
