Dr. Madeleine Bee is a Senior Scientist in the Chemical Regulation and Food Safety Practice at Exponent. Dr. Bee is an analytical chemist by training, with a background in flavor & Fragrance and experience with a broad range of sample preparation and analysis techniques. Currently, Dr. Bee is focusing on product stewardship and chemical regulation compliance at both the state and federal level. She supports clients facing challenges in product sampling, testing, data validation, and communication with relevant regulatory agencies and stakeholders related to pesticide products and devices, as well as consumer products. Dr. Bee is well versed in the rapidly evolving PFAS regulatory matters and the associated analytical chemistry challenges for FIFRA-regulated and consumer products alike.
