Melissa Crompton
Melissa Crompton is the Consumer Products Sector Head for RTI Innovation Advisors. With nearly two decades of experience working for and with some of the most iconic consumer brands, Ms. Crompton leverages her expertise and industry knowledge to help clients achieve their innovation and sustainability goals.
Before joining RTI in 2022, Ms. Crompton served as the Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives for Olam International, as well as a Senior Consultant at Ipsos. She also has years of brand innovation, marketing, and strategy experience—growing some of the world’s most beloved consumer brands at Fortune 500 Companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, McCormick & Company, The Hershey Company, Grupo Bimbo, and Marriott International.
Ms. Crompton earned her MBA from Georgetown’s University McDonough School of Business
and BS in Business from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
