Her career reflects increasing responsibilities at Givaudan, progressing from Director, Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety (North America) to Global Director, Data Integrity & Cosmetic Ingredients Regulatory Affairs. Molka has a degree in Biochemistry from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).
