Neil Anderson is the Deputy Director of the Biological and Economic Analysis Division (BEAD) in EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), which falls under the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OSCPP). Neil joined EPA in 1991 and has held various technical, regulatory and supervisory positions throughout OPP. Neil received his bachelors degree in agronomy and plant sciences from the State University of New York.
