Julie Froelicher is a Senior Director, Regulatory & Technical Relations, for The Procter & Gamble Company and regularly engages with Congressional, Regulatory, and public interest stakeholders on US federal and state chemical policy.  For over 25 years at P&G, Julie has managed a broad range of regulatory compliance and legislative advocacy activities for P&G’s North American business.  Julie represents P&G among numerous trade associations and manages P&G’s engagement with EPA on the Safer Choice Program.

Julie earned a B.S. in Biology from Xavier University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University.
