Susan works closely with RILA’s consumer products and environmental compliance communities and plays a key role in RILA’s advocacy and engagement with stakeholders and regulators at the federal and state levels. Prior to joining RILA in 2020, she served as a Government Affairs advisor at Bergeson & Campbell, PC, where she provided regulatory and technical expertise to clients and trade associations in the agriculture and commodity grower communities, as well as major chemical manufacturers. Earlier in her career, Susan worked with the Association of Clean Water Administrators, where she helped stand up and manage efforts of environmental regulatory and enforcement committees and workgroups comprised of state surface water regulators. Ms. Kirsch holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) and a J.D. and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University.
