Douglas Troutman comes to the EPA with over two decades of experience in environmental policy and chemical safety regulation. In his role at the Agency, Troutman helps oversee the regulation of pesticides and harmful chemicals, including managing the Toxic Control Substances Act (TSCA). Prior to his role at the EPA, Douglas served as interim CEO and lobbyist at the American Cleaning Institute.
